How we hire
Apply with a listing pack: bio, photos, and equipment. Ryan reviews that pack, then approves, denies, or offers. Profiles go live only after an offer. We do not use a résumé job application. Education unlocks after hire. Incomplete public profiles never go live.
Process
- Start a listing/profile pack (bio, photos, equipment) for a lead, associate, or editor role. Not a résumé form.
- Open your status link and complete short video answers. That link is issued after you start the pack.
- Ryan reviews your pack (typically within about two weeks).
- Decision: approve and offer, associate offer, deny with feedback, or keep on file.
- After an offer: ICA, onboarding, then the profile can go live. Education and full portal tools unlock after hire.
