Yes, all our pilots hold FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificates, which is required for commercial drone operations. We carry $2M in liability insurance, maintain detailed flight logs, and follow all federal, state, and local regulations.
Most locations are flyable, but some areas have restrictions. We handle all airspace authorizations, including LAANC approvals for controlled airspace near airports. We'll assess your location and secure any needed permits before the shoot.
We shoot at 48MP+ resolution, delivering images suitable for large-format printing, billboards, and high-detail zoom capability. Raw files and multiple export formats are available. Aerial panoramas can exceed 100MP when stitched.
FAA regulations limit commercial drone flights to 400 feet AGL (above ground level), which provides excellent coverage for most applications. At 400 feet, we can capture expansive property views, neighborhood context, and dramatic perspectives.
Ideal conditions are clear skies or thin clouds, winds under 20 mph, and no precipitation. We monitor weather closely and will reschedule if conditions aren't safe. Early morning and golden hour provide the best lighting for aerial shots.
A standard aerial session takes 30-60 minutes on site. Complex projects with multiple buildings or large properties may take 2-3 hours. We plan our flight paths in advance to maximize efficiency and capture all needed angles.
Yes, we produce stunning aerial panoramas, 360-degree spherical images, and interactive virtual tours from drone perspectives. These are particularly effective for resort properties, golf courses, and large commercial developments.
Yes, we provide recurring aerial documentation for construction sites, seasonal property changes, and development projects. Monthly or quarterly flyovers with consistent angles allow you to create compelling time-lapse progressions.
